Relaxation Massage: this massage is our signature massage which is a combination of three massage modalities (Swedish, Esalen, & The Trager Approach). This massage is the official, "I Feel 16 Again" massage! I have tested this massage while in massage school. My instructor stated, "This is the most relaxing, rejuvinatine combination of massage I have ever experienced and I TEACH MASSAGE!"
Deep Tissue Massage: this massage is thorough (not painful), deep penetrating massage for that physical individual. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
Aromatherapy Massage: Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils, the pure essence of a plant, have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely.
Hot Stone Massage: Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body.
The hot stones are made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat.
The stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range. The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes.
The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired.
The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
The stones are placed on points that are thought to be energy centers of the body to rebalance the body and mind.
Couples Massage ($200): The couples massage session is a designed for couples to receive massage simultaneously. Any of the services we provide can be applied to the recipient. As the couple lay in the same general area this is the ultimate togetherness experience we offer!
Pamper Party (pricing vary per party): The Pamper Party is "Girls Nite Out" to the next level! We allow you to plan your social gathering of 6 or more persons and we send a therapist to provide massage services for everyone! The therapist comes along with the massage table and massage chair for the recipients to choose from! A definately memorable occasion to say the least!
