Hello, my name is Vince Young and this is an introduction to inform you of Who I Am, What I Do, and Where I’m Going in the Massage Industry!

What I Do:

As a Massage Therapist, I am certified and Insured to administer Swedish Full Body Massage and Bodywork via Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  My techniques also include the benefits of universal life energy (Reiki) as well as Esalin massage.  We are born with “KI”, and it flows through us and sustains our lives everyday.  It is this energy that we draw on in the course of our daily activities.  And if our lives were perfectly in balance, it would be naturally replenished through our interactions with others in a loving environment, and with rest and relaxation, fresh air, clean water, and wholesome natural food.  Of course our lives are not perfectly in balance and that is where the power of Reiki can be of help.  In the Esalin Massage, the strokes of the therapist are deep and elongated providing a profound and sedating experience that one would soon not forget.

Another perk for my clients is that my services are completely deliverable!  I travel with all of my equipment, with no expense to you*, to your home, office or hotel suite.

Who I Am:

Well all, I’m a single father of four adorable young children born and living in Washington, D.C.  Simply, they are my motivation.  I attended Bowie State University graduated in the fall of 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology.  At that time, I furthered my education by pursuing my Masters Degree in Guidance & Counseling. 

As I gained book knowledge and went in to the workforce the reality that helping people, for me, should be more than just words.  Starting a business in massage became that avenue to touch lives in a meaningful way.  I attended the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, Virginia where I completed their 600 hour accredited program in Swedish massage and Deep Tissue work, June 2006.

Where I’m Going:

I currently travel with all of my supplies (massage table, oils, incense, and music) and create an environment of peace, harmony and rejuvenation.  I am available for one-on-one appointments as well as massage/pamper parties.  My initial contacts have been community based to allow people to get to know me as an independent therapist and the benefits of massage.

My vision is to open a unique Massage Lounge where one could come and be regenerated via massage and hydrotherapy.  Massage techniques varying from Swedish, Esalin, Chair, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue.  Hydrotherapy treatment includes Jacuzzi/Hot tubs, Saunas, and Steam Showers.  Each massage room will be tailored to creating a totally new environment via projection.

Couples Massage ($200):  The couples massage session is a designed for couples to receive massage simultaneously.  Any of the services we provide can be applied to the recipient.  As the couple lay in the same general area this is the ultimate togetherness experience we offer!

Pamper Party (pricing vary per party):  The Pamper Party is "Girls Nite Out" to the next level!  We allow you to plan your social gathering of 6 or more persons and we send a therapist to provide massage services for everyone!  The therapist comes along with the massage table and massage chair for the recipients to choose from!  A definately memorable occasion to say the least!
